About Our Founder – Mrs. Purnima Amit Sonawane

Mrs. Purnima Amit Sonawane, the Founder and Director of BabyStar Preschool & Daycare, is a passionate and dedicated educator with over 9 years of experience in early childhood education and child development.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), and a specialized certification in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE). Combining her strong academic background with her love for children, she has built BabyStar into a place where learning is joyful, creative, and meaningful.

Mrs. Sonawane’s vision is to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that encourages curiosity, confidence, and compassion in every child. Her teaching philosophy is rooted in holistic growth — focusing on emotional, social, intellectual, and physical development through play-based and experiential learning.
